One-on-one build support for owner-led businesses

One technical partner for the next bottleneck in your business.

Not sure whether the next fix is a website, an automation, an internal tool, or an app? Work directly with Leon to choose the smallest useful build, see it working in checkpoints, and keep the scope and ownership clear.

For a ready, well-scoped project, the first working milestone can be targeted within 1–3 business days.

Start with the business problem, not the software

One person accountable from the first question through handoff.

This fits when

  • the bottleneck changes as the business grows
  • you do not have an in-house technical lead
  • you do not want to coordinate several specialists
  • you want one person responsible for scope, build, testing, and handoff

How Leon works

  • maps the current workflow before recommending a tool
  • says when an off-the-shelf product is enough
  • writes the scope, exclusions, price, and timeline before building
  • shows a reviewable working milestone and hands over the agreed source, accounts, and setup notes

Three ways to start

Choose the smallest commitment that creates a useful result.

01

Systems Plan

$199

A 45-minute working session, written problem map, recommended first milestone, budget range, timeline, and access checklist. Keep the plan either way; the $199 is credited if Leon builds the agreed milestone.

02

Focused Build Sprint

From $1,500

One production milestone defined by written acceptance checks, with a scheduled review checkpoint, testing, and source or setup handoff. Larger scope is quoted before work starts.

03

Ongoing Technical Partner

From $2,000/month

One priority lane, a written backlog, a weekly progress note, and a monthly planning and review call. A starting month is scoped around one primary milestone plus agreed maintenance or fixes—not unlimited development. Reserved capacity, exclusions, and rollover are written before the month starts.

Boundaries: Provider fees, paid advertising, bulk data cleanup, ongoing content, and work outside the written monthly scope are separate.

These partner offers are for uncertain or changing work that needs direct planning and ownership. Already know you need one limited deliverable? A business presence website starts at $300, and a defined automation starts at $500.

Questions before starting

Do I need to know what should be built?

No. Bring the bottleneck and what a useful result would look like. The Systems Plan exists to turn that into a concrete recommendation before a larger build.

Is the $199 Systems Plan just a sales call?

No. You receive the written problem map, recommendation, and proposed scope, budget, and timeline whether or not you continue.

Can the whole project be delivered in 1–3 days?

That timing applies only to the first working milestone for a ready, well-scoped project. The full schedule is confirmed in writing after scope and access are checked.

Bring the bottleneck. Leon will help decide whether the right first move is a website, automation, internal tool, app, or no custom build at all.
