ALLCPR Site Intelligence case study.

ALLCPR needed a consistent way to compare expansion markets without reducing a real location decision to one unexplained score. Leon built the internal system the team uses to screen and review those markets.

ALLCPR Site Intelligence nationwide opportunity map

The decision this solved

Compare expansion markets without hiding uncertainty.

Opening a training location depends on more than population. ALLCPR needed one reviewable place to compare local demand signals, its own operating history, nearby businesses and facilities, and the practical reasons to investigate or reject an area.

What Leon built

Delivered scope.

01

Reviewed nationwide dataset

The reviewed project dataset contained 33,772 U.S. ZIP-code records, with selected public business and facility data, local map context, and ALLCPR's own history brought into one workflow.

02

Reasons, ranges, and maps

Each area exposes the reasons for and against it, uncertainty ranges, map context, and an Excel export the team can review outside the product.

03

A reliability correction

Leon found and removed a misleading validation loop. The current system keeps uncertainty visible instead of presenting false confidence as a fact.

ALLCPR Site Intelligence

“Leon built a system that helped us evaluate and plan new locations as ALLCPR expanded. It became a useful part of how we approached opening branches and supported our growth to more than 300 locations. He understood the business problem and built something practical that we could actually use.”
