home / missed lead recovery sprint

10-business-day fixed-scope implementation · bay area

stop letting ready-to-talk leads die in voicemail

for owner-run contractors, auto shops and restaurants: i connect one existing inbound lead source to a prompt acknowledgment, a short follow-up sequence and a clear human handoff.

this is not a call center, a lead list or a promise of booked work. it makes the response process you already need consistent and visible.

starting scope $1,500 · compatibility check and written fixed quote before work starts · remote delivery for bay area businesses

exactly what the starting scope includes

  • one existing inbound source: a website form, a compatible missed-call event or a shared inquiry inbox
  • one destination: your current crm, a shared sheet or a monitored inbox
  • one immediate email or sms acknowledgment using copy you approve
  • up to two follow-ups, with reply, stop and opt-out rules
  • one owner or staff handoff rule, plus one booking or contact link
  • a basic event log so you can see received, sent, replied and handed off
  • one handoff session, included configuration or source, and setup notes
  • 30 days of fixes for defects against the agreed written scope

the boundary is part of the offer

not included: buying leads, paid-ad management, a new crm, a website rebuild, live call answering, historical-data cleanup, multi-location routing or ongoing campaign management. third-party phone, messaging, crm and hosting fees are paid to those providers. additions get a separate written scope.

the 10-business-day implementation window

  1. 01

    map one leak

confirm the source, destination, response copy, handoff owner and stop conditions. compatibility is checked before the quote.

  2. 02

    connect and test

build the agreed acknowledgment and follow-ups, then test normal replies, opt-outs, duplicates and vendor failures.

  3. 03

    run with your team

put the fixed scope live with your approved accounts and copy. your team remains the human decision-maker.

  4. 04

    hand it over

review the event log, document the setup and hand over the included source or configuration covered by the quote.

the window starts only after scope, access, compatible tools and approved copy are ready. vendor approval or delayed feedback moves the schedule.

fit and boundaries

is this lead generation or ad management?

no. this sprint starts with inbound inquiries you already receive. buying leads, running ads and managing outbound prospecting are separate work.

does this guarantee more bookings or revenue?

no. it makes response and follow-up consistent, but results still depend on lead quality, demand, pricing, availability and how your team handles the conversation.

when does the 10-business-day window start?

after the written scope is approved and the compatible accounts, access and customer-facing copy are ready. delays in access, vendor approval or client feedback move the schedule.

what if my phone, inbox or crm does not connect?

i check compatibility before the fixed quote. if the tools cannot connect reliably, i will propose a smaller alternative, price a separate integration or say the sprint is not a fit.

what is handed over?

the agreed project accounts, included configuration or source, setup notes, a handoff session and 30 days of fixes to the written scope. phone, crm, messaging, hosting and other vendors keep their own terms and fees.

what about consent for texts and emails?

you approve the copy and remain responsible for lawful permission to contact each lead. i implement the agreed stop, opt-out and human-handoff rules in the compatible tools used for the sprint.

bring the one lead channel that is currently easiest to miss. the first call is a fit check, not a sales promise.
